If Kept is not right for you, you get your money back within 14 days of purchase. No questions, no forms.

How to get a refund

Email michael@mpiv.ai from your purchase email, or include your license key or Paddle receipt. Paddle.com, our merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method; allow a few business days for it to appear.

After a refund

Your license key stops activating once the refund is processed. Files Kept already wrote to your vault are yours and stay on your Mac.

Try before you buy

Every download includes a 14-day free trial with the full feature set, so you can test Kept on your own meetings before paying anything.

Statutory rights

This policy adds to, and never limits, refund rights that consumer law gives you where you live.
